Genoptic goes to Europe
Quality in every chip, every product and every solar panel worldwide
2024 GENOPTIC EXPANDS TO EUROPE
To serve the European solar market, which with 450 million people is larger than the US and Canadian markets with a combined population of 370 million, the company Genoptic Solartech EU Ltd. was founded.
Genoptic Europe's first production line will be built at the parent company's site in Calgary, Alberta, to serve the North American market in addition to the European one.
Thanks to Genoptic's groundbreaking technology, we can supply not only panels for solar roofs, but also solar canopies for parking lots—a new requirement in France—and solar charging stations needed in Luxembourg, as well as solar roofs and small-scale solar parks for Ukraine—funded by the EU's renewable energy deployment program.
A plot of approximately one hectare has been reserved for our company in Bettembourg for the construction of our first facility in Europe. In addition to the production of solar modules, including Genoptic's patented AI-controlled batteries, we also plan to produce AI-controlled and functional lighting for vertical farming.

The planned business model is a joint venture with local partners. This business model is widespread among industrial companies worldwide, as evidenced by the structures of large German companies that have successfully implemented their market launches and established their market presence with American, South American, or Chinese partners. Freight costs are subsidized in Canada.
For all the necessary tasks required for the successful implementation of a European branch of Genoptic, there's no need to export specialists and then implement them in Europe; they're already in place. This makes the launch much easier and more effective. Currently, German solar companies are relocating their headquarters to the USA.
The first European production line will then be managed by Genoptic's team of experienced Canadian engineers and technicians, who will then train the employees over several months to ensure the quality of the final products.
In order to economically secure the investments and the development of market demand, Genoptic Europe can use the production of orders from the parent company's existing order book for Canada and the entire North American region from day one.
This ensures that the company is financially secure and profitable from day one, allowing sufficient time to generate and build market demand in Europe. As soon as orders from Europe are received in sufficient quantities to justify economically viable transport to Europe, the European market will be supplied directly from Canada. Once demand has reached a level that warrants the construction of a standalone European production facility, this facility will be built and supplied throughout Europe from here.
The first orders for Europe will come from the Ukrainian government. Genoptic's groundbreaking technology will make it possible to easily build small-scale solar power plants across the country. Funds from the EU's reconstruction program will be used for this purpose.
Negotiations are currently underway with the Luxembourg government regarding the location for the construction of the first European production facility in Luxembourg. Initially, the plan is to produce 1 million solar panels annually and establish a department for the production of lighting fixtures for vertical farming.

01
Genoptic SolarTech of Canada has developed a proprietary solar energy collection system that integrates solar energy harvesting, enclosure, inverter, converter, and energy storage system (battery) – ALL IN ONE.
02
Genoptic’s nano-optoelectronic technologies, which are protected by patents worldwide, make every solar panel at least
20% more effective, lasts for many years and is significantly easier to use.
03
Genoptic does not manufacture solar panels itself, but rather improves solar panels produced by other manufacturers so that they are significantly superior to the competition.
04
Genoptik is the only solar company in the world to consistently use artificial intelligence in controlling its elements and has developed numerous new technologies for controlling and managing photovoltaics, i.e. the conversion of sunlight into electricity.
Lighting solutions for the new greenhouse

In addition to solar panels, Genoptic Europe will introduce state-of-the-art, intelligent Genoptic technology, which reduces electricity consumption in greenhouses and accelerates and maximizes plant growth without genetic engineering, to the indoor grow industry.
It is the first artificial intelligence (AI) LED grow lighting solution of its kind, powered by IC Smart Power Chip technology.
Genoptic has this patented technology to provide a customized lighting method that includes wavelength, lumen intensity, geometry, and duration, which can be tailored to each specific plant type, thereby increasing greenhouse productivity by up to 40%.
